This By-law makes provision for the granting licences for forest use and signing an agreement for the same purpose, through tender or an auction, in accordance with provisions of the Forest Code of Georgia. It defines the principles of tenders and auctions and the rights and obligations of winners of such tenders or auctions, and provides for procedures of such tenders or auctions, and for related matters.
