The present Decree has been adopted by the President of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano on the basis of article 6 of Directive 92/43/EEC. In accordance with that provision, for special areas of conservation the Member States shall establish the necessary conservation measures involving appropriate management plans specifically designed for the sites or integrated into other development plans.
