The present Decree lays down amendments and addenda to Decree of the President of the Region No. 108 of 10 April 2001 as follows: article 5 bis shall be inserted; article 4 is supplemented; point 1) of paragraph 1 (c) of article 9 shall be repealed; new articles 9 bis, 9 ter, 9 quater, 9 quinties and 9 sexties shall be added; articles 22 and 24 are amended; paragraph 12 bis shall be inserted in article 41.
