This Decree lays down provisions governing the issue of concessions for breeding bivalve molluscs in the Marano-Grado Lagoon, by way of implementation of Regional Act No. 31 of 2005. The procedure for issuing such concessions is defined in detail by these provisions, which take into account the need to guarantee the preservation of the ecosystem and the sustainable exploitation of aquatic resources.
