The present Decree has been adopted by the President of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region in compliance with article 2, paragraph 1 of Regional Act No. 33 of 1996 which provides for the adoption at regional level of a Regulation in order to implement Act No. 30 of 1991 on animal reproduction.
