Decree of the President of the Regional Executive No. 15 on protection of waters for human consumption.

This Decree lays down safeguard measures concerning surface and underground waters supplied for human consumption. Safeguard areas shall be set up for purposes of ensuring a high level of protection of human health (arts. 3 and 4). The Decree specifies the activities which shall be prohibited in those areas.
