This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of eight articles, lays down provisions concerning requirements for professional competences and proceedings of their verification, as well as provisions on the preparation of documentation and reports in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment. The Decree implements also common and transitional provisions laid down in the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.
