A group of products specified in article 2 may not be imported in Norway if they contain raw materials of bovine animals, pigs, or poultry reared in Belgium in the period from 15 January 1999 to 1 June 1999. Exception is made for food containing raw materials of the animals specified reared in establishments that were or are not subject to restrictions by Belgium authorities or materials the analysis of which has established that they do not contain dioxin.
