This Decree establishes to prohibit from 1 January 1983 keeping zoophagous fur bearing animals (fox, polar fox, mink and other) by citizens on the national territory and also trade, purchase and exchange of skins of the aforesaid animals. Offenders shall be subject to administrative liability.
