This Decree applies to Norwegian vessels which fish north and west of straight lines between coordinates indicated in section 1 of the Norwegian Economic Zone, and as far as fishing with cod trawlers (mesh size of nets 135 mm or 100 mm) is concerned the area outlined in section 2. Fishing for red fish is prohibited in the area outlined in section 1; however, red fish may be fished up to a maximum of 25 percent of single catches or landed catch of other fish species as bycatch. Infringement of th
