A Decree of the Directorate of Nature Conservation of the Department of Environment Protection to regulate the use of gear and equipment to capture animals alive and to kill wild animals. The Decree specifies requirements for the use of gear and the kind of gear allowed for catching and killing specified species. (12 sections)
