For the purpose of fishing bivalve molluscs with drag net, two different Areas (Area A and Area B) are hereby delimited within the maritime district of Ancona. Fishing in such areas is permitted exclusively to registered fishing vessels as specified in articles 2 and 3. Furthermore, a special licence to be attached to the normal fishing licence is required (art. 5).
