This Decree implements provisions of the Animal Husbandry Act. It requires the Government to notify the provisions of basic EC legislation that shall complete provisions of the Act and grants regulation-making powers to the State Agricultural Agency to complete provisions of EC legislation Sweden. The Decree further contains provisions of a miscellaneous character regarding permits for insemination, public control by State and local authorities and other regulation-making powers of the State Agr
