This Decree formulates various criteria which companies shall meet in order to become an approved wholesale trader in potatoes and it lays down several obligations of approved traders. Criteria have regard to the status and size of the enterprise and its technical and administrative capacity (sect. 4). Criteria, include: enterprises shall be registered in the Register of Companies; enterprises in South Norway shall handle at least 1000 tons of potatoes from producers (those of the North at least
