The scope of this Decree is to provide for the approval of enterprises which may participate in the marketing of potatoes, and thus to enhance the stability of prices of potatoes and the quality of potato production. Section 4 specifies the conditions for approval, which include: the company shall be registered in the company register; its business is at least the purchase directly form the producer of 1000 tons of potatoes in South Norway and at least 250 tons of potatoes in North Norway.
