The Ordinance establishes an authorized body (Ecolabelling Sweden Company Limited) responsible for the selection of applications for the award of the EU Ecolabel and conditions for using it. The Consumer Agency may issue regulations concerning the criteria according to the European Commission approved measures which must be met when products are labelled with EU Ecolabel. The Company also implements Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) for matters concerning conflicts (articles 11-12), right
