This Decree of the Minister of Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Fisheries makes provision for the registration of fishing vessels as indicated in Council Regulation (EC) No. 2371/2002 on the conservation and sustainable exploitation of fisheries resources under the Common Fisheries Policy and commercial fishing vessels operating on the IJsselmeer. The vessels shall be registered in the home ports and in the manner as shall be prescribed by the Minister.
