The scope of this Decree is to prohibit animals and animal products specified in article 2 to be imported in Norway if they are reared in Belgium in the period from 15 January 1999 to 1 June 1999. Exception is made for animals specified reared in establishments that were or are not subject to restrictions by Belgium authorities or animals or materials the analysis of which has established that they do not contain dioxin.
