This Decree applies to the bivalve mollusc fishing with devices other than trawling equipment. Under Article 2, consortia for bivalve mollusc fishing are established. The consortia will determine fishing hours, closing season and maximum allowable catch quotas for bivalve molluscs. Fishing is allowed in the period between 15 March and 30 June.
