This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles, establishes the conditions for registering pollution sources and specifies the information to be submitted to air protection bodies as regards operations with such pollution sources. The Decree applies to big, medium and small sources of pollution (as defined in article 3 of the Act on the State Administration of Air Protection).
