Decree setting up the Central Team of Fisheries Inspectors.

With a view to implementing the Community system established by Regulation (EEC) No. 2847/93 to ensure compliance with the common fisheries policy, the present Decree provides for the setting up at the national level of a Central Team of Fisheries Inspectors. The Team shall perform the tasks and duties specified in the Regulation aforementioned and particularly those specified in article 2 of this Decree.
