Decree (SFS 2007:489) amending Decree (2001:1259) containing directions for the Food Agency.

The Decree partly amends Decree 1259, in particular article 7a. The national Food Agency shall ensure implementation of EU regulations with regards to official controls and verification of compliance of annual planning and reporting concerning feed and food law, animal health and welfare.
