The document amends Decree (1994:1716) on fisheries, aquaculture and fisheries to include a new section, Chapter 4, article 34. In particular the Swedish Board of Agriculture, which may issue regulations on the municipal administrative notices of applications for subsidy under this chapter, as well as regulating authorization thereof.
