The Decree partly amends Food Act 813, in particular article 23 with regard to authorities competent for the approval of food establishments and facilities’ registration. If such competence is transferred from the national Food Agency to a municipal committee (article 16 of the Food Act) the committee continues to oversee related to approval of the establishments or their registration.
