Decree of the State amending the Decree of State placing restrictions on the importation and exportation of goods (negative list).

This Decree amends the principal Decree so as to add, inter alia, to the list of goods the importation of which requires a permit, wild animals not covered by the CITES, as well as forestry products, animals or plants used for the production of medicines, food additives (in relation with bioprospecting) and wild animals and plants in the list of goods the exportation of which requires a permit.
