Decree updating Decree of 27 August 2004 fixing maximum residue limits for active substances in foodstuffs and feedingstuffs.

The maximum residue limits to be applied to certain active substances of phytosanitary products which are present in products destined to human or animal consumption, established by Ministerial Decree of 27 August 2004, shall be replaced by those set out in the Annex hereby attached as from 23 June 2005.
