Deep Offshore and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contracts Decree (No. 9 of 1999).

This Decree provides for oil prospecting licences relating to Production Sharing Contracts in the Deep Offshore and Inland Basin. It regulates licences and financial arrangements from a tax benefit perspective. “Deep Offshore” means any water depth beyond 200 metres. “Inland" basin is defined in section 18.
