This Delegated Decree lays down rules governing hunting for wild boar during 2013 and 2014. The Decree specifies the methods that may be used. Hunting may not be carried out individually but only through a collective manner. Further the Decree specifies the hunting permits that are required, the permitted hunting hours and the total allowable catch. Article 17 lays down the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of these provisions.
