This Legal Notice of the Minister for Transport delegates to the Director-General, Kenya Maritime Authority, the exercise of all powers conferred upon or vested in the Minister by the Merchant Shipping Act, except the power to make Rules and Regulations and the powers conferred by sections 266, 271, 291 and 313 of the Act.
