This Regulation deals with a district manager's authority to delegate and is divided into two parts, being Definition and Authority to Delegate. Under this Regulation a distinction is drawn between functions (given under the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act) that a district manager may delegate, and the functions that can not be so delegated. Those functions a district manager must retain responsibility for are section 40 of the Act, giving effect to operational plans, and section 4
