This Joint Memorandum Circular establishes the Guidelines in the Establishment and Implementation of Barangay Forest Programme in Support of the National Greening Programme. The DENR will make available a financial assistance through a Memorandum of Agreement in support for the implementation of the Barangay Forest Programme in specific location for specific period.
