This Act amends the Fisheries Act 1972, the Agriculture Act 1930 and other legislation in relation to the establishment of the Department of Parks. In the Agriculture Act, apart from a change in definitions, section 4(b), relative to the duty of Minister responsible for agriculture and fisheries to clean and maintain parks and beaches etc, shall be repealed. In the Bermuda National Parks Act 1986 the functions of the Department of Parks shall be extended to the cleaning and maintenance of protec
