These Rules aim to strengthen the management of sugar cane area, regulate sugar cane acquisition order. The Rules consist of 7 chapters: Chapter I General provisions; Chapter II Management of sugar cane producing areas; Chapter III Sugar cane acquisition contract management; Chapter IV Sugar cane price management; Chapter V Sugar cane purchase and transportation management; Chapter VI Penalty provisions; Chapter VII Supplementary provisions.
