This Act amends the Development Bank of Kiribati Act: in section 22 by repealing the whole section and substituting a new section; in section 28 by amending figures; in section 32 by repealing and substituting subsection 32(3); in section 41 by repealing and substituting subsection 41(1); and by repealing and substituting section 44. The purpose of these amendments is to improve the administrative efficiency of the Bank.
