Section II of Annex B to Directive 91/68/EEC mentioning scrapie is hereby deleted. All references to the disease in the provisions of such Directive shall be deleted accordingly. Hereinafter, the rules made under Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 relative to the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies shall apply.
