In Annex I to Directive 76/769/EEC the point contained in article 1 of this Directive shall be added. The addition regards Alkanes, C10-C13 and chloro (short-chain chlorinated paraffins). Such substances may not be placed on the market for use as substances or as constituents of other substances or preparations in concentrations higher than 1 % in metalworking or for fat liquoring of leather.
