The Annexes attached to Directive 95/2/EC, laying down provisions applicable to additives other than colours, sweeteners and flour treatment agents, are amended as set out in Annex I to the present Directive. The Annex attached to Directive 94/35/EC, concerning sweeteners for use in foodstuffs, is amended in accordance with Annex II hereto.
