This Directive of the Director of Fisheries fixes quota factors for the calculation of catch quotas at 1.5 for fishing in the North Sea and 0.25 for fishing in the Skagerrak in accordance with section 6 of the Decree to regulate fishing for herring in the North Sea inside the baseline of the coastline Stadt-Lindesnes in the Skagerrak and west of 4º West in 2000.
