This directive contains miscellaneous instructions relative to fishing for capelin by Norwegian vessels in the economic zone of Iceland: ranking of vessels and notification of licence ranking order; notification of release of 30 licences by Iceland; release of licence to Norwegian vessels; notification to the Norwegian coast guard by licensed vessels regarding entry in and exit from the zone; landing of catch in Iceland, etc.
