Directive No. 801 of 1999 relative to the application sphere of the Act of 8 June, 1984, No. 51, relative to navigable waters and ports.

The Act relative to navigable waters and ports shall be applicable also to rivers and inland waters as far as the regulation of maximum allowable sizes of vessels in relation to admission to those waters in accordance with section 6 of the Act is concerned.
