According to section 7 flexible areas may be established by the Directorate of Fisheries which shall, in doing so, observe the criteria specified in that section. The Director of Fisheries hereby establishes such a flexible area in Rostbanken. Section 9, requiring vessels arriving in the prescribed areas to notify the coast guard in order to receive instructions, shall apply to the area subject of the present Directive.
