This Directive is composed of 13 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 defines measures to be taken by animal owners in case of the existence of animals affected with contagious diseases. Article 5 specifies measures to be taken by the Ministry of Agriculture in case of the existence of animals affected with a contagious diseases.
