This Order provides controls on the movement of animals, i.e. a bovine or ovine animal that has, at any time in the 30 clear days prior to sale or supply, been in the possession or under the control of a dealer but does not apply to an animal being sold or supplied: (a) directly to slaughter, or (b) for export either directly or through an approved assembly centre.
