This Order requires a person who has transported a bovine, ovine, porcine or caprine animal or other biungulate to a prescribed premise to thoroughly wash, cleanse and disinfect the vehicle and other equipment used in connection with the transport of the animal. This shall be done in accordance with directions of authorized officers. The Order also requires prescribed premises, such as slaughterhouses, markets and harbours to have adequate cleansing and disinfecting facilities.
