This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation) This Order provides for restrictions having regard to the evolving Foot and Mouth Disease situation in the Netherlands. It gives a new meaning to “restricted areas” as far as areas of outbreak of foot and mouth disease in the Netherlands is concerned.
