Diseases of Animals (Bees) (Jersey) Order 2003.

This Order, made under articles 28 and 42 of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956, provides for the control on the importation of bees. The importation of bees into Jersey except with, and in accordance with, a licence issued by the Minister, is prohibited.
