The present Regulations enact the Forest Resources Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the spreading and control of the Dutch elm disease. The text consists of 20 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Introductory matters (I); Pruning, removing and disposing of elm trees (II); Carrying on certain activities involving elm trees (III); General (IV); Transitional and coming into force (V). One Appendix is enclosed.
