This Chapter prescribes rules of hygiene for any food service establishment (as defined in section 1), mobile food service establishment or vending machine. The Director Department of Public Health and Social Services may inspect and sample food under section 2 and condemn and forbid the sale of, or cause to be seized, removed or destroyed, any food or drink which is unwholesome or adulterated. Section 5 sets out the procedure when infection of an employee of a food establishment is suspected. S
