Ecological Protection Zone and Continental Shelf Act, 2005.

This Act declares the Continental Shelf and the Ecological Protection Zone of Slovenia. The Act also defines rights of Slovenia in respect of these maritime zones. Slovenia shall exercise, in respect of the Ecological Protection Zone, sovereign rights relating to research, conservation, management and sustainable use of "marine wealth" and protect the environment in the Zone.
