An Act to amend the Environment Information Act (BGBl. No. 495/1993) governing the procedures and conditions under which the general public may have access to environmental information kept by public bodies. The amendments concern article 5(4), dealing with access free of charge; a paragraph 5 is added to the said article, concerning unadmitted delay.
